The mediation process
At the beginning, the parties and the mediator meet together to narrow the issue at hand. Once completed, the parties meet with the mediator to discuss their concerns privately with the mediator. This is confidential. In fact everything in mediation is confidential and cannot be used in a Court of Law. The mediator is not a Judge but will guide the parties to a mutually agreeable solution. The mediator will write that agreement and all parties will sign.
